The majority of our customers are accustomed to calling in advance to place an order and to arrange a time...
So from this point forward, we will no longer be open Saturday mornings without an appointment.
Also, our Beef products are temporarily out of stock...
But we still have a good supply of Pork products.

Our rule of thumb has been, appointments are necessary for everyday expect Saturday mornings. We are now encouraging everyone to please call first including Saturdays...
We do not want to inconvenience anyone who has made a trip here for specific cuts. We are currently out of some and low on others... A call first may save you the trip.
