Our newest addition to the farm....

This fridge is set aside for nothing but eggs...and a sealed container of scraps for the pigs. This is definitely a n addition I jave wanted for a while ! ❤️

Well Spring is here and the ducks finally decided to begin laying! Duck eggs now available, $7/dozen, also sold by the half dozen at $3.50.

If you haven't had duck eggs before you are in for a treat! Duck eggs are significantly larger than chicken eggs and richer in fat and protein. This makes them ideal for baking!

Also, the protiens are different so if you have allergies to chicken eggs skmetimw duck eggs dont trigger the allergic reaction. Many of our regular customers buy duck eggs for this reason.
