Wheels & Wedges specializes in catering affairs both large and small, providing recipes and cooking advice, and making meals for the family that is always on the go. Many regions with little changes and twist of freshness based on availability of all ingredients is our belief and promise. We are a company that continues to grow and have done many different types of parties. Consistently, we have s

tayed true to our roots of fresh, friendly and on time ingredients with great service. This is with out a doubt a major reason for our continued growth. Different creations consisting of mushroom and pickled ginger prawns on skews, to classics like Sunday beef dinners to things people love like our Asian wraps, rolled lasagna and meat lasagna, fresh vegetable salads as well as a majority of our standard menu items. These consist of many standards we all Love, for example; Pasta platters, chicken, veal and beef dinner trays, soups, appetizers and party sandwiches. PLEASE ALWAYS FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING! Addition to our free delivery service for family dinners for a week, we do dinners for one (call anytime), parties of 4 to 220 people and a full service buffet with clean-up, as well as any children parties, sporting events and last minute guest surprises. Finally, we have started to expand out to" lunch on wheels", where we deliver to local businesses "lunch in a bag" to standard trays of food with all the accompaniments. (utensils, plates, sides, etc) We also have a great line of desserts item is our mini cupcakes platters. Begin LOOKING for Wheels & Wedges, LLC. It will be a full service, high-end food truck which will be stationed in certain days to serve things we all Love. Food on the go with great flavors and very affordable pricing. Many different types of tacos, to beef and pork sandwiches will be served always with a great twist. As well as a quality healthy spin on many types of wraps, soups, sandwiches and pastas will be focused on with great importance and care.

The weather is becoming extremely nice and May is a beautiful time of year. Please allow Wheels and Wedges, LLC to be a part of All your special functions. We specialize in all aspects, from picnics, kids parties, family function, full service breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as simple delivery (drop-off) for any type of catering event.


Also, our in house instruction is a great way to laugh, learn and create the dishes you want instead of ordering take-out.
