Hens and Pens all started from a wife wanting her husband to build her a place for her chickens.. From that build it became an enjoyable passion and now we have coops delivered into not only Louisiana and Texas but also Mississippi! You’ve been looking for the perfect coop to handle this Southern heat and there’s no need to look any farther! This is our latest, just completed inventory coop, which means it is ready to grab right now! No waiting!  No extra time to build it! You can have it right now! This coop has long, narrow vent doors that open up on both sides allow allowing complete even airflow through the coop. This set up measures 4 x 8 featuring a 2 x 4’ room in the back for feed storage or cleaning supplies.. It is painted a beautiful farmhouse green with all doors accented with stain making this the most beautiful addition for your Homestead or your farm or just your backyard chickens! It comes just as pictured, but if you would like, a stained run is an extra option that can be added.. The inside is painted up to the start of the Rafters adding extra sealant to the walls and three roasting bars complete the coop. Message us to grab it today!

Custom build for a repeat customer! The customer wanted plenty of ventilation and specific dimensions to fit within her 4 foot gate. Our latest build was a custom 5x8 Chicken Coop with 8x16 Stained Run! This is a fully custom built chicken coop and run designed for both durability and style. The coop itself measures 5x8, offering a comfortable, well ventilated living space for your flock, while the attached 8x16 run provides plenty of room for chickens to roam safely. Every part of this build is handcrafted, including the custom windows, which are reinforced with interior wire for added predator protection without sacrificing airflow or natural light. The run is enclosed with sleek black coated wire, giving it a clean, modern look while maintaining strong security against predators. We had to get the big dogs in here to haul our latest build! This customer was concerned about all the upcoming rain and rightly so. Since our customers matter to us we rushed to get it done from start to finish in one week, skipping meals and even staying up till midnight to get it done. It is delivery time and this might actually be our first delivery at night! The run alone measures a whopping 8 x 16‘ feet.
