Located in Derry, NH, we are a micro-bakery operating out of our home, using wild yeast cultures, lots of time, and the best local grains and ingredients we can find to build our breads. And now, after years of learning and months of preparation, we are excited to offer monthly subscriptions for our sourdough loaves! Each subscription will provide you with a wee
kly loaf of our Country White Sourdough, and will be priced according to the number of weeks in a given month. The loaves will be fresh baked and available for pick up at our home in Derry after 5:00 PM on Wednesdays. Or, if pick-up is not possible, we also offer home delivery to a limited area on Thursdays. At Kainos Bread, we are always busy developing new recipes, and, in time, will be offering a variety of loaves and baked goods for purchase. We are also constantly looking for new ways to be good neighbors, and would love to learn about and participate in what you are putting your hands to, so be on the look out for our Neighbor Bake Days! These will be special bake days that will be open to bartering and trading for something that you have made, grown, brewed, canned, etc… let’s share!
