Good morning… or almost afternoon, EGGROLL NATION! 😂💛

This season, Mother Nature has NOT been on our side. We’ve had way more weather cancellations than we remember being “normal,” which has us thinking…

👀 Should we extend our 2026 season into NOVEMBER?!

We’re considering adding some extra stops and events to make up for everything we’ve lost to weather this year! If you’d like The Eggroll Ladies to come to your town, workplace, community event, brewery, business, or another November event, COMMENT BELOW, TAG someone who coordinates events, or SHARE this post so we can see where Eggroll Nation wants us! 🫶

🌧️ MARSHALLTOWN UPDATE: We made the decision to reschedule our lunch in Marshalltown today to October 27th. With the weather, flood warnings, and the long drive there and back, we felt it was better to play it safe. We’ll see you in October, Marshalltown! 💛

Today is a down day for me. 💛

After an intense week of events, running on very little sleep, driving what felt like endless miles, and ending the week with drill… today finally caught up with me.

I never thought I would be someone who struggled with depression, but here we are. And today, I’m definitely in my feelings.

After our unexpected dinner cancellation, providing those 45 meals tonight honestly gave me a reason to get out of bed and do something that made my heart feel a little fuller. And I’m incredibly thankful for my hubby, who got me out of the house for lunch earlier just to try to cheer me up. 💛

Being a business owner doesn’t mean you have to be motivated every single day. It doesn’t mean you always have to be the energetic person behind the window, smiling, hustling, and figuring out the next move.

Sometimes you’re allowed to be in your feelings.

Sometimes you’re allowed to cry.

Sometimes moving forward just means getting out of bed and doing one good thing anyway.

So today, Eggroll Nation, lend me a little of your strength and energy. 🫶 I’m finding myself in a slump with some serious post-weekend blues, and tomorrow we’ll get up and try again.

Tonight we’re frying up some yummy goodness for the amazing kids at East High School! 🥟🔥

We’re donating 45 meals tonight as part of our continued mission to give back to the communities that have given SO much to us. 🫶

Every time you come out, grab some eggrolls, share one of our posts, or tell a friend about us, you’re helping us continue doing things like this. Your support allows us to support others. 💛

Tonight, 45 kids get fed, and Eggroll Nation gets to be a little part of that. 🥹🫶

Gloomy, rainy days call for a little change of plans. 🌧️💛

With the weather rolling in, we unfortunately had to cancel our dinner in Des Moines tonight. Definitely not what we wanted, but after a week of constantly being on the road and surviving on whatever food I can grab between events… I decided to use the unexpected downtime for something good.

A nice jog. 🥰🥰🫶🫶

I absolutely LOVE the treadmill my fiancé got me after deployment, and today I put 6 miles on it with plenty more planned for this week! 🏃‍♀️

As someone who deals with hemorrhagic ovarian cysts, running outside isn’t always an option for me. Having the treadmill at home means I can still get my miles in while staying close to home if my body decides it has other plans.

Now we’re just crossing our fingers for a decent week because this weather is definitely making food truck life interesting. 😅🌧️

Your girl just finished her first Combat Field Test (CFT) as an infantry officer 😍🫶

The CFT is a new test implemented this year, so after just shy of 10 YEARS in the infantry, I guess I can finally say I’m officially certified 😂😂

I came in at 25:45 out of the 30 minutes granted… yes, I’m slow 😂 but a pass is a pass, baby!

Anywho… while I’m spending my morning crawling around doing Army things, Trailer 1 is holding it down in Des Moines today!
