The sun is finally out and we are headed downtown for lunch!

Yesterday ended up being a much-needed reset day. Between the rain and a rare day without bouncing between events, I spent the day tackling the house, cleaning the trailer, and working around the property.

And somehow… I managed to collect these impressive goose eggs on my knees along the way. 😂😂

The glamorous life of an eggroll lady apparently includes bruises, dirt, and endless projects when we’re not serving food!

The trailer is stocked, the crew is ready, and the sunshine is back. Come grab lunch and help us kick off the week right! 🥢❤️

Well… Mother Nature had other plans for us today 🌧️💔

Due to the weather, our GLIDDEN event has been RESCHEDULED to:

We know many of you were planning to come see us today, and we’re just as bummed as you are. But don’t worry—we’ll be back in a couple of weeks with plenty of eggrolls, rangoons, and all your favorites! 🥢❤️

The good news? This gives you a little extra time to round up your friends and make plans to help us make June 21 one heck of a day!

❤️ What a weekend, Eggroll Nation! ❤️

Thank you CHURDAN for welcoming us to your reunion event tonight. It was our first time visiting, and everyone was so kind and welcoming! Special shoutout to our MVP who ran and got us ice when we needed it most. 🧊🙌

And thank you PLEASANTVILLE for an amazing couple of nights at Pig Out! The busy lines, friendly faces, and incredible support have kept our team smiling all weekend long. 🥢❤️

Now let’s finish this weekend strong with our 13th event in the last week alone! 🤯🔥

We’ve had a few people ask us lately, “When do you sleep?” 😂

The answer? Not often! At this point, we sling eggrolls in our dreams too. 😴🥢😂

I was flying solo for most of the morning and you all kept me MOVING. 😅

For a lone wolf today, I’d say we held our own. 🐺❤️

Thank you for your patience while I bounced between taking orders, dropping food, restocking, frying, saucing, and trying not to melt in the heat. Every smile, every kind word, and every “you’re doing great” meant more than you know.

I truly love this community. You all continue to show up for us in ways that leave me speechless.

Now it’s time for ROUND TWO. 💪💪
