These grown library kids will be popping up at the Grown Up Book Fair at Des Moines Public Library this Saturday! You can find us at the Central library from noon to four this week (6/6). We will have all kinds of treats, and there will be amazing local vendors there as well with books, games, and more!!! Come feel like a kid again and enjoy the afternoon at the library.

It's that time again- market season! We're ready to get back in action, and Ezra is ready for his first market! Find us in Uptown Ankeny from eight to noon this Saturday. If you've never been, you can find AMP (Ankeny Market Pavilion) on 1st St.

We will of course have pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls, scotcharoos, jams and salsa, and even more. Come visit us and get your goodies!!!

Hello! 👋 Thank you for all the love for our new addition - we appreciate all the congratulations and the gifts sent from our registry. You're too kind!!!

We've been fielding a lot of questions about when we will be back in action, so here's the deal. Kate will be teaching two classes at Indianola Public Library May 4th and May 7th. The class is Edible Container Gardens - we provide plants and soil, you bring your pot. Link to register in the comments! After that, we're on to market season. We are only attending Uptown Ankeny Market this year. Catch us Saturday mornings eight to noon, starting May 23rd.

We WILL be taking orders following the start of market season. Please allow us 48 hours for lead time on our regular menu items, or one week on custom requests. We look forward to teaching you and feeding you this season!!!

We are officially 2 weeks from our scheduled induction! We are not taking orders until further notice. Please excuse our hiatus while we rearrange our entire lives a little! Kate has been visiting the doc 2x/week for ultrasound and NST, and is now in full nesting mode. We're as ready as we'll ever be, and can't wait for you to meet our little Hobbit this market season!✌️❤️👶

Owning a small business in this world is NOT easy. It often seems that every week brings a new hurdle to overcome, a new expense, or some insane challenge between market seasons. Some of the greatest folks we have met are other small business owners. Lyssa is one of those. She has never hesitated to help us where and how she can, and has been an amazing guide as we started down this road and scaled up our business. Now she needs help. Please take the time to read her story, donate if you can, even if it's $5. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she may have to walk away from her business all together with 5 days notice.
