Hi friends! You may have noticed I’ve been a bit MIA on here for awhile now, and while I’ve been holding out some hope I could get into a routine that would allow CharcuterMe to kick back up, unfortunately I think it is time to say goodbye. 😢

Thank you to all who supported this small business of mine and trusted me to help with some of the biggest days of your lives. Not many businesses close because they can’t keep up with demand, but unfortunately this is where I’m at. What I thought would be a few boards a week turned into so much more so quickly, and I just don’t feel like I can sustain the level of business I want on top of being a mama, working full time, and now a move outside of the metro area.

If you have an unused gift card, PLEASE reach out asap. I will do my best to fulfill any gift cards over the next couple of months, either in the form of a board or in a refund.

I also have some non-food inventory I’ll be selling on here in the next couple of weeks. If you are a local biz who might be interested in boards, boxes, cups, etc. please let me know or stay tuned!

Turns out being a mom and working full time is not an easy feat! I have decided to take a pause on CharcuterMe for now, but will revisit the idea of making boards again once summer rolls around. If you have a gift certificate you are still needing to use please shoot me an email and I will work to honor that!

I’m back!

These will be my first days back making boards. Unfortunately I will not be taking orders on Thanksgiving or Christmas this year. The holidays are always crazy and adding a baby on top of things has made me decide to slow down and enjoy the time with my family.

Due to the need to rent commercial kitchen space, making single boards is not as feasible for me financially anymore. If you have a larger order in mind, please feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to work with you.

If you have a expired gift certificate I have extended those 3 months due to being closed for an extended period of time.

I’m excited to be back making your cheese dreams come true, even if it will be in a smaller capacity moving forward.
