So there’s a ‘secret shopper’ that repeatedly orders lemonade & then cancels.

I normally get the email & the phone call but for some reason have stopped getting the phone calls for about 2-3 months.

Yesterday I figured out what MY problem was and fixed it before I placed a blame on customers reporting my store closed multiple times.
