“The best pecan pie I’ve ever had. It’s so hard to find good pie these days.”

Somewhere along the way, really good pie became surprisingly hard to find. We’re changing that.

End-of-summer picnic perfection. 🥧

The Iowa State Fair is here. School supplies still need to be bought. And somehow, summer is already starting to slip away.

So don’t spend the last good days of it standing over the stove.

We’ve already done the hard part — handcrafted pastry, slow-cooked chef-crafted fillings, ready when you are.

Grab Pie Mates straight from the freezer aisle at Hy-Vee đź›’ , pop them in the air fryer, and dinner is done in less than 20 minutes.

Tonight was something special.

You didn’t just sell us out…
you broke Middlebrook’s all-time record by more than 100 pies and cleared us out an hour before close.

Every time we increase production, you somehow raise the bar again.

So here’s the plan:
We’re bringing another freezer and another oven so we can bake even more pies on-site and keep up with the demand.

To everyone who waited in line, brought friends, told family, shared our posts, and keeps showing up week after week—
