Croissant cinnamon rolls have become a staple for my bakery! These start with a stiff, sweet sourdough starter and the dough is laminated with European butter to get all those delicious flaky layers! It’s a fun twist on a cinnamon roll, and definitely worth a try!

8/30: the self-serve cart is OUT, and we were able to beat the rain and get the tent up so you can stay dry while picking up some treats! Make sure to stop by. Open until 7 or sell out!
