Good news, salmon lovers. Our Seared Salmon Seasoning is back, and it's been tweaked to bring out a touch more sweetness and warmth. It's like the original, only better!

Brush your fillet with olive oil, coat with a teaspoon or two of the seasoning per pound of fish, and cook on the stovetop, in the oven, or on the grill (our Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil is especially good here).

Fall may not officially arrive until September 22, but AllSpicer Andy isn't waiting. "The state fair is over and the kids are back in school ... it's fall!" And that means his favorite balsamic is back on the tasting bar.

Our Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar combines the sweet, slightly floral flavor of red gala apples with the rich depth of quality balsamic vinegar. It's good enough to eat by the spoonful!

Andy's go-to pairing is the Red Apple Balsamic with our Basil Infused Olive Oil. Combine them and drizzle over mixed greens with diced apple, toasted walnuts, and grilled chicken for a flavorful autumn salad or use the pair to marinate pork or chicken. The balsamic is also great drizzled over sweet potatoes before roasting or reduced to glaze a baked ham.
