If you’re looking for something to wow your customers (or friends and family), look no further than the Frenched Pork Rack. The exposed bone does serve 2 purposes: it allows for better cooking (it and the fat cap work together to keep the meat juicy and delicious), and it enhances the presentation. If you don’t mind finger food, third purpose is to provide something to hold onto 😊

National Noodle Day is meant to celebrate different noodles and pasta from around the world. There is just so much you can do with noodles, or, more specifically, there is so much you can add to noodles to make delicious dishes. While we can’t necessarily help you with noodles, we are more than happy to help you with whatever meat or cheese you would like to add to the dish. Just let us know what you need!

The sizzling of bacon on a skillet. The smell of spare ribs in a smoker. The melt-in-your-mouth texture of pork bellies.

What’s not to love about pork? It makes sense to dedicate an entire month to it, right?

Well, whatever your preferred part of a pig is, we probably have it. We have pork chops, pork tenders, spare ribs, St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs, pork belly (skin-on, skinless, and sliced), smoked chops, pork butts (bone-in and boneless), pork loins (bone-in and boneless), rib chops, smoked shanks, pork tenderloin, ham, pork neck bones, pork stomach, pork trim, and, of course, BACON! Plus, we also have breakfast sausage, ground pork, pulled pork, and our own Italian Sausage.

If you were to ask anyone at Brewer what they think the most commonly-ordered meat is, most likely they will answer, “chuck roll.” It’s known for being tender and filled with juicy flavor. It’s perfect for pressure cooking, roasting, and braising. You can get the whole chuck roll, or you can get it diced or sliced, or cut into smaller “chuck roasts”. It just depends on what you intend to do with it. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for answers!

Today is the start of a new season! Hopefully we can say goodbye to the unbearable heat soon! Don’t know about you, but chili and stew sound pretty good. Steaks and cheeseburgers are amazing, but very little beats curling around a hot bowl of comforting soup or chili.

We have stew meat, ground beef, ground pork, ground and diced chicken, diced chuck roll, various pulled/shredded meats, our own Italian sausage, and more! Just let us know what sounds good to you!

Highly doubt that cheeseburgers need promoting, but we’re going to do it anyway! What’s not to love? Juicy meat, topped with a slice (or multiple slices) of smooth, delicious cheese, as well as a wide variety of condiments, and all surrounded by soft bread (although toasting the buns is always a good choice).

We offer a variety of different sized burger patties to fit your needs! Just let us know what you need for tomorrow, and we can help you out. We do also sell sliced cheese!
