Two important facts about our venue during Goodguys Rod & Custom Association Heartland Nationals: You can comfortably watch the autocross events from our back patio (what we call "the Cheap Seats") and you can have a front row seat to the fireworks show, too. 🎆

We will have live music July 3rd from 2 to 5PM by Other Brothers band!

HIRING! 💙 We are looking to fill a few more spots on our 2026 Iowa State Fair team! 💙 If you love the fair, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced environment, this might be the job for you.

We are looking for experienced Bartenders and Line Cooks as well as Bar Backs (no experience required) who can commit to working the majority of the Iowa State Fair, ideally at least 8 days. Bartenders and Bar Back shifts are afternoons/evenings; Line Cooks have various shifts available.

We will be open for National Swine Registry's The Exposition in June! Stop by for made-to-order lunch or dinner items (including awesome desserts):

✅ Burgers 🍔 plain or try one of our specialty burgers
✅ BBQ - pulled pork & brisket sandwiches
✅ House-made chicken tenders 🍗 with that GOOD ranch
✅ Mocktails & Italian sodas🍹
✅ Cold beer, mixed drinks, & wine
✅ Great appetizers and sides - cheese curds, house-made onion rings, our stellar mac-n-cheese, and others!

If you aren't exhibiting, you should consider stopping by the Iowa State Fairgrounds to watch the Open or Junior shows!

We hope you had a great time with us on Friday night! Exciting news - we are ADDING one more Car & Bike Night for 2026 - Sept 11th prior to our opening on Sept 12th for the Iowa/Iowa State Game.

Come see us at Good Guys (regular admission to Good Guys required). Remember, our schedule (with the exception that Sept 11th hasn't been added yet) of openings is pinned to our page.

📣 Parking Reminder for Tomorrow's Car & Bike Night 📣 Given the large number of attendees at our first ever Car & Bike Night last month, we would like guests to help us streamline the parking situation for May 22nd.

> DAILY DRIVERs/Non-Show Cars - If you are a "daily driver" vehicle patron or someone who is not trying to put a car on display, please park behind our establishment where the Midway normally is during the fair to the east of the Grandstand.
> MOTORCYCLES - For those of you riding bikes, it may be easier for you to park immediately in front of the Grandstand to the west of our establishment
> DISPLAY CARS - Cars that are on display can be parked on Grand Avenue - the street running east/west. Let's all work together to have another enjoyable evening!

Separately, the restrooms under the east end of the Grandstand will be open for use. Please share with anyone you know may be interested in attending so we can spread the word!
