I'll be at Two Moose Ranch in Montana until the end of August. Cooking for Christian Athletes from around the country. This is a great experience meeting all of these great young men and women and ofcourse all of their coaches.

3. Phyllo Dough cups filled with a salmon moose topped with caviar

5. Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon on a bed of red wine mushroom sauce topped with a potato nest

6. Grilled Romaine topped with Parmesan disk drizzle with a light Caesar Dressing

7. Fresh fruit tart ( Tart filled with French Pastry Cream topped with fresh seasonal fresh berries topped with whipping cream
