Happy Friday.
I wanted to share with you my morning routine. I may not be behind the nutrition club counter but I am still 100% Herbalife. The beautiful thing about Herbalife is it is not a FAD DIET. For over 40 years Herbalife has been a staple way millions receive a healthy meal and more. I am approaching over 8 years of shakes / teas/ protein bars and more and I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have these products and coaching opportunity during our isolation times in our country.
I start my morning with the following :

Shake - currently my go to is 2 scoops vanilla PDM, 2 scoops of dulce de leche FI and a dash of cinnamon. I just add water and ice and shake it up (full meal / dense in nutrients / and w limited activity low caloric)
Tea- Sunny Delicious- serving of lemon tea , 1 scoop of H30 , 1 orange lift off (full of antioxidants, Vit c and energy to help combat and keep my immunity strong)
Tablets - multi vitamin - micro nutrients,
Cell activator- antioxidants,aloe assuring me I am absorbing all the good nutrition
Herbalifeline- high quality fish oil to maintain my Brain health during these uncertain times
Joint support- helps my aging over used athletic abused joints

I want to make sure I do my part in isolation - keep my body nutrished so that if a virus presents itself —- I know I took care of my body with great nutrition and immunity boosting products

The one thing we can’t control is the transportation from warehouse to your doorstep.
