1. FOUR ROSES BOURBON
The Floral Romantic.
Flavor: Honey, ripe pear, red roses, creamy vanilla & soft spice. Mellow, approachable, silky finish.
History: The brand dates back to 1888. Founder Paul Jones fell in love when a Southern belle said yes to his proposal wearing a corsage of four red roses. 135+ years later, it’s still crafted in Lawrenceburg, KY from 2 mash bills and 5 yeast strains.

2. OLD FORESTER 1920 PROHIBITION STYLE
The Rebel.
Flavor: 115 Proof punch. Dark cherry preserves, drippy caramel, dark chocolate, charred oak & maple syrup heat.
History: Old Forester is the First Bottled Bourbon in history — 1870. In 1920, during Prohibition, it was one of only 6 brands allowed to be sold as “medicinal whiskey.” This bottle honors that exact 115-proof recipe.

3. COLONEL E.H. TAYLOR SINGLE BARREL
The Father of Modern Bourbon.
Flavor: Lightly toasted oak, dried figs, butterscotch, dark fruit & a whisper of pepper. Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof.
History: Col. Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr. invented the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 to protect quality. This single barrel is named for him, hand-picked one barrel at a time at Buffalo Trace — the way he would have wanted it over a century ago.

4. EAGLE RARE 10 YEAR
The Trophy.
Flavor: Toffee, candied orange peel, herbs, leather, candied almonds & rich cocoa. Dry, long, lingering oak finish.
History: First aged 10 years in new charred oak, from Buffalo Trace Distillery — America’s oldest continuously operating distillery. Originally a 101-proof icon launched in 1975, it’s now one of the most awarded and allocated bourbons on earth.
