the U.I.O. non-profit 501 c-3 is now accepting residency applications to join our collective arts movement in Detroit. Our space will often host many events, shows, documentaries and intentional community activities including restoration projects near Fireweed Universe City. We are hoping to move in creative artistic and/or musically inclined skilled volunteer minded individuals who really want to help manifest a better world and experience the grassroots movement that is happening right here in Detroit.
