Meet Vito – the heart and hustle behind The Lunch Box!
Vito, the owner and operator of Lunch Box Vending & Catering, always dreamed of offering more than just snacks. With a passion for connecting with people and taking care of every customer he meets, he started small—with a humble hot dog cart serving visitors at Ryan’s Pick-A-Part.
Today, that dream has grown into The Lunch Box, a full-service vending and catering spot with an expanded menu and a dedicated space in our front lot. Vito proudly serves halal all-beef hot dogs and sausages, along with a full menu that keeps customers coming back.
On the menu:
🔥 Halal hot dogs, jumbo dogs, and beef sausage
🍳 Bacon, egg & cheese sandwiches
🍔 Hamburgers, fried bologna, chicken sandwiches, and tenders
🌯 BBQ chicken wraps, nachos & cheese, and loaded fries
🥤 Plus chips, pop, and ice-cold water
Vito’s all about good food, good vibes, and taking care of every customer like family.
