A mycologist with deep knowledge of all things mushrooms, Trina keeps our team grounded, supported, and moving forward. She oversees production, operations, and everything in between — always leading with care and appreciation.

We’ve been having some fun at Stoney Creek!

SUPER SCALLOP GOES UNDERCOVER!

WANTED: One legendary Italian Super Scallop aka the MUTANT MEGA-PETAL MONSTER caught flexing its single, glorious, dinner-plate-sized cap. 💪🍄

MISSION BRIEFING:
We had to free the beast from plastic prison… only to discover it was HOARDING SPACE LIKE A FUNGAL REAL ESTATE MOGUL.

Boss wants to sn**ch and ship it to the for cloning.
NOT TODAY, BOSS!

So we did what any self-respecting mycologists would do:

Gave it a fake mustache, shades, and a VIP vibe.
Now it’s incognito and unstoppable. 🕶️✨

STATUS: About to be harvested, cultured, and turned into a genetic dynasty of super scallops.

TEAM GOAL: Let this bad boy finish its glow-up before the feds (aka boss) find out.

“They can take our blocks… but they’ll never take… OUR MUSHROOM!” 🏴‍☠️

Can’t get enough of our microgreens lately — especially these stunners, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi 💜
A personal favorite around here, and it’s easy to see (and taste) why. These delicate beauties bring a crisp, fresh crunch and a mild cabbage-like flavor with subtle notes of sweetness and peppery brightness — think somewhere between broccoli stems and red cabbage, but way prettier.
Perfect for topping salads, sandwiches, bowls, or just eating by the pinch. Who says garnish can’t steal the show?
