These cheesy chicken enchiladas were LOADED! 🌮🧀 Three enchiladas stuffed with chicken, covered in red sauce and plenty of melted cheese, with rice and beans on the side. If you’re craving some good Mexican food Downriver, Si Señor is definitely worth checking out!.

The staff at this place were great! Victoria and her crew were so welcoming, and I really enjoyed my visit!

I stopped out at Julie-Ryan Philippine Cuisine in Troy, Michigan to check out their Lumpia Shanghai. They’re little Filipino spring rolls—golden, crunchy, and packed with flavor—and this was actually my first time trying them!

This week I stopped out at the Lincoln Park location of Calder Dairy and Farm (1020 Southfield Rd, Lincoln Park, MI 48146) and grabbed one scoop of their Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream and one scoop of Butter Pecan. 🍦

They had so many flavors to choose from that it was hard to decide, but these definitely did not disappoint! Calder’s has been one of our favorites for a long time, and after this visit, it’s easy to remember why.
