Cool down this summer with this refreshing salad! Made with juicy watermelon, crisp cucumbers, fresh mint, and creamy feta—it’s the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and fresh.
We’ve got all the ingredients you need:

Ingredients:
6 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
1 English cucumber, chopped
6 oz feta cheese, cubed
handful of chopped fresh mint leaves
1 fresh lime, zest and juice
sea salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Add your cubed watermelon into a large serving bowl along with the rest of your ingredients.
Very gently toss to combine.
