Hey My Flavorful Friends! June is Men's mental health month. As a mother to two amazing boys, monitoring their mental health is really important. Their father and I have daily check-ins & create a safe space where they can discuss ANYTHING.
Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 adult men experience a mental health condition? Yet, fewer than half received treatment. Men are also nearly 4 times more likely to die by self deletion, reminding us how important it is to break the silence, reduce stigma, and make support easier to reach.
Check in on the men in your life, start the conversation, and keep mental health visible all year long.

Hey My Flavorful Friends! We are back with our 2nd class in our Permission to Play and Belong series: Shaped by Connection. Just as dough is shaped by touch, we are too shaped by the relationships and experiences that came before us.

Join us on May 2nd as we make yeast rolls with Grandpa James. This is a family recipe that was passed down from his mother to me, and now he's sharing with the class. We will discuss and reflect on our early childhood connections and how they continue to influence our inner child we carry today. You don't want to miss this one!
