Detroit’s rooftop scene just got a new addition. 📍TOPA

11 floors up with skyline views, a French 75, Seabass Skewer, and Arayes that absolutely deserve a spot at the table.

This one’s worth adding to the summer rotation.

Find it at 10 Eliot St. inside the AC Hotel Detroit at the Bonstelle in Brush Park.

Fredi the Pizzaman in Melvindale, Michigan!

Ordered the Portnoy Cheese and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Crispy edges, great char, simple in the best way.

Fair warning: this isn’t your grab-a-pie-on-a-whim kind of spot. Walk-in only, 3 pizza limit, and they can sell out early. But honestly? That’s part of what makes it feel special.

Also cool to see a place this loved giving back through autism awareness and sensory rooms in schools. Good pizza. Good people.

Worth the wait. 🍕
