Today’s lunch at Towers Café brought bold, Asian-inspired flavors to our Cass Ave station! Our Beef Teriyaki Bowl featured tender beef, fried brown rice, veggie lo mein, and fresh vegetables tossed in savory teriyaki glaze.

Thanks to all our Warriors who dined with us today. It was a hit, and we can’t wait to see it on the menu again!

Congratulations to Executive Chef Ron, our Battle of the Chefs champion! His Spicy Apple Bacon Pizza and Cajun Chicken Pasta took the crown during lunch today! Shoutout to Chef Mike for bringing the flavor with his Peach & Pesto Pizza and Chicken Spinach Artichoke Pasta!
