As a nurse and a patient, Jade Parker struggled to find skincare products that worked with her skin tone, her genetics, and the realities of using medication every day. Instead of settling, she decided to create her own.

That decision became ROG Organics, a Black woman-owned skincare brand built on lived experience, thoughtful formulation, and a commitment to helping others feel confident in their own skin.
