WOW, thank you, , for your glowing review! In case you missed it, Hour Detroit featured us in their October issue, and we’re so grateful for the recognition!

Here’s a snippet:
"Opened in November 2025, Marrow in the Market fits a lot into its two-story corner lot in Eastern Market. Part restaurant, bar, and butcher shop, the latter beckons passersby with sights of craft butchery and tasty morsels ready for purchase. If Detroit had a true meatpacking district, this would be the epicenter.

Lured in by the butcher shop, we first stopped at the first-floor bar. You can spend an entire evening there, enjoying craft cocktails and small bites, or treat it as a prelude to the full dining experience on the second floor.

The loft feels like a far cry from the streetlevel scenes of the butcher shop, but its red and brown brick-laden interior is convivial and welcoming. The cocktail offerings are equally as inviting and provide a solid jumping-off point for the meal."

Thanks again for dining with us, Will, and thank you to the entire team at !

Our friends at are hosting a happy hour at the Butcher Bar and patio from 5:30 to 8:30 with their volunteers, staff and service pros. It's a Hoecake Gordita with smoked navy beans, charred cabbage salad and pickled shish*to.

Crisp fall air outside, gold light pouring into the dining room, and it smells so good in here.

Dinner tonight starts with our butchers downstairs and the regional farms we trust, and it’s poured alongside a deep w**e list from our sister business The Royce Detroit.

Come hungry and bring good company, y’all. We’ll take good care of you.

Lions vs. Jets at 1pm, and we're so close you can literally see Ford Field from the City View Lounge upstairs.

Brunch runs 'til 4 today, so come early and eat before you head over to the game, or stay put and watch it with us. The Lions will be on the TVs at the bars, so grab a drink and settle in for kickoff.

If you're ordering one thing, make it the Marrow Brunch Burger >> bacon and beef blend patties on the ensaymada bun from our friends (Pan de Sal dough rolled up with butter and cheddar, more cheese on top, a little butter sugar to finish), plus avocado mash, tomato jam, a fried egg, and tallow fried potatoes on the side.

Got your eye on something else today? The carrot cake brioche french toast comes with rum raisins, whipped cream cheese frosting, and candied pecans, so it's basically dessert for breakfast. Steak and eggs gets a seasonal jus and tallow fried potatoes, and the fish and grits is fried walleye with sauce creole.

Full menu at the link in bio.

Go Lions. Come through, Detroit!
