We had a very good spring flushing our two newest front line donors, and have decided to extend the opportunity to get in on some excellent genetics.

We have two different matings available:

3 IVF Embryos - PRCC Faith's Katie 303L ET x KJ 753D Tomahawk 605D ET
4 IVF RSF Embryos - SPIN Alexandra 12M ET x KJ 181H Tahoe 865N

We think both of these matings can provide an extreme amount of value to many operations. We will guarantee 1 pregnancy on each mating if put in by a certified embryologist. Embryos are located at Transova in Madison, WI.

The Junior National Hereford Expo is unlike any event you can go to. The combination of talent, passion, dedication, and joy that the youth of the Hereford Breed and their families exhibits is unrivaled. This week always has stars all over it on the family calendar, and we always count down the days in preparation.

Faith set lofty goals this year and we are so proud of her for going out and achieving them. This is only one of a handful of times that our family/operation has gotten to walk through the grand owned drive, and we are all extremely grateful to have been there. Faith’s hours in the barn aren’t seen by many in person, but she has been there, and they are what helped make a dream come to reality.

Can’t say thank you enough to all the family that came and helped, Jimmy Bernard, and the Entire Lemenager crew that helped get her ready. We also want to say thanks to Amy, Bailey, Chloe, and the NJHA Board that makes this event happen. We know the work it takes!

Lastly, congrats to Aidyn Barber on making the NJHA Board. She will be a great leader, mentor, and role model for the association. One of our favorite pictures from the week is this last one in this post. 3 generations of the Benedict family that all got to wear coveted Maroon Jackets.

Not sure that words can describe how incredible Father’s Day weekend was for us. Faith has done an incredible job managing her two heifers this summer, and her hard work paid off. The 2026 Illinois Preview Show will be one we remember for a long, long time, and we were so thankful the Benedict family was there to see it!

Faith was also selected as champion intermediate showman - something we are very proud of her for as she puts a ton of time into perfecting her craft.

We would also like to shout out Kiley Stollard on her peewee showmanship win and Taylor Cole for having reserve division in the horned show and winning the spirit award. Both of these girls purchased heifers from us and we are so happy to see them accomplishing their goals!

Thank you to the IJHA board and advisors as well as the host families from Apple Ridge for putting on a top tier event. Happy Father’s Day to all the Illinois Hereford Fathers out there but especially Chad and Larry. We can’t thank you enough for all that you do.
