Wedel’s Maple Syrup Small family owned and operated syrup business. We are traditionalist by taping trees, hanging buckets, collecting the sap to then evaporate down to syrup.

We share this love with our 4 children whom we hope will continue this tradtion on.

We are all tapped! We started Saturday and finished up yesterday! We gathered yesterday and today and we are just shy of 500 gallons of sap!

We have about 450 taps out. We are looking forward to a good season. We are so thankful for this hobby we’ve started and continue the tradition with our kids. They love helping!

We’ve been working and playing hard these last couple of weeks! This cold snap has not slowed us down. We are prepping for the season it will be upon us before we know it.

We completely sold out of last years stock and all the years prior this year. We cannot thank all of you enough for the continued support year to year. Thankfully we were able to lock down another location to tap trees. We are hoping to increase what we make this year. We made 63 gallon last year we are aiming for 75-80 gallons of finished product this year!

We are taking pre-orders if you would like half gallon or gallon sized bottles now. Please let us know as we only do a few each year.
