When one produces hundreds of thousands of bottles every year, a small batch might be 80,000 bottles. For Highline our 10 barrel batches mean maybe 2,000 bottles - total.

While mass production creates consistency. Small batch whiskey creates personality.

At Highline, our Small Batch Bourbon and Triple Rye are intentionally crafted barrel by barrel to preserve nuance, texture, complexity, and a long finish.
