We love Idaho Pasture Pigs. They are docile, sweet and their upturned snout allows them to do all pig things (including forage around and make water holes to cool themselves) without totally tearing up the land.
Idaho Pasture Pigs offer amazing pork and grown out SLOWLY over 10-12 months (twice as long as other commercial breeds), yield a fabulous deep colored meat that is perfectly fattened. (Peep the last slide for 😋)
Our pork shares are available as Wholes, Halves and NEW this year we are excited to offer a Farmer’s Choice Quarter share too. This adds a great option for families with less freezer space or for folks who would like a great entry size portion if they are new to bulk purchasing their meat.

You're not too late to get in on this next harvest date! We have a couple more pork shares avaliable for this month. The meat will be ready to pick from the processor in Harrisburg, Oregon the first week of November. 🥓
Think all things pork...pork chops, deli ham, ham roasts, ham steaks, breakfast sausage, fresh ground pork, countrystyle ribs, pork tenderloin, cottage bacon, canadian bacon, side pork (uncured bacon), regular bacon as maple or our favorite...peppered bacon, and so much more! You may even request the leaf lard from your pig for cooking. 🙌
