It's been a fun, but challenging ride so far! We've served at the AI Plant once and did a a catering job this past weekend.We've learned a lot about what NOT to do and definitely some things that are good! This journey is more than I ever expected l, but I encourage you to all stay tuned! High Noon TX is making adjustments as necessary and will be in your town to serve a great meal very soon!!!

First of all, I want to apologize for being so quiet this week. We’ve had a pretty rough one around here! Between me not knowing a whole lot about how things work on social media plus last-minute trailer issues and my sweet husband having to rewire things (he could definitely use a few prayers! 😅), we’ve been working as hard as we can to get everything ready.
The good news is… if you know Rod and I, you know that we WILL make it work one way or the other. I might have my shirt on inside out and backwards, but my golly we'll be there for the soft opening of High Noon TX!! 🇺🇸

Then at 11:00 AM, after I put my shirt on the right way, I have the honor of singing The National Anthem at the Veterans Memorial Ceremony. It would mean so much to us if you could come out, grab a breakfast burrito, some coffee, or a fresh squeezed lemonade and help us celebrate Independence Day while honoring the men and women who have so bravely served our country.
Thank you all for your patience, your encouragement, and your prayers. Starting a new business has definitely had its challenges, but we’re excited to finally open our window and serve this wonderful community. Sorry, no karaoke quite yet!
We can’t wait to see everyone Saturday morning!

High Noon TX will be serving BRISKET BREAKFAST BURRITOS and fresh squeezed Orange Juice from 9am-11am in RicklesPark, across from the new Spur Fire Department Come see us! I'll be singing the National Anthem about 11 am. Our VERY FIRST customer will be served FREE OF CHARGE!! See you there!!

🎉 GREAT NEWS! 🎉

High Noon TX officially passed our health inspection yesterday!

We are excited to announce that we plan to officially launch on July 1st, and we can't wait to start serving our community.

If you're planning a company lunch, family gathering, reunion, wedding, birthday party, fundraiser, or special event, please keep High Noon TX in mind for your catering needs. We love custom menus and can cook just about anything you can dream up!

Everything is made from scratch, including our signature sauces, salsas, seasonings, and specialty condiments.

To keep quality high and service FAST, we'll feature one menu category per day or event, allowing us to focus on doing a few things exceptionally well instead of trying to do everything at once.

Menus, opening schedules, and catering information will be posted soon.
