Fruity yet dry, this white blend is always a crowd pleaser. Penelope is predominantly Chardonel - the one hybrid grape that we grow in our vineyard. Aged seven months in stainless steel 🍋‍🟩🍈

Chimera 6th Edition is a multi-vintage, multi-appellation red produced using traditional Bordeaux varietals. Various lots were aged from seven months to six plus years in French oak, creating palatable notes of black cherry and jam 🍒🍷

Enjoy on our mixed and red flights, as well as by the glass/bottle!
