Galactic Coast Brewing Company is an experimental, micro-brewery located just miles from the home of U.S. Manned Space Flight/NASA Mission Control (Johnson Space Center) and the water (Galveston Bay, Clear Lake and Gulf of Mexico) in the great state of Texas. We are avid, if not aggressive, craft beer enthusiasts and are proud to have brought commercial brewing back to Galveston County, which has
a tradition of famous breweries dating back to the 1800s although none in more than 30 years. Galactic Coast is unlike any brewery we are aware of as we engineered and built the brewery from the ground up ourselves and have no one to call for servicing anything, not our proprietary electric-powered brew house, our homemade glycol system (the G-Chill), our custom control panel featuring artificial intelligence or any of the other unique contraptions we have built or processes we have developed. We are excited to join the craft beer revolution in Texas that is changing the state's beer culture for the better and, according to at least one beer writer, is propelling the lone star state to the center of the American Craft Beer movement with unprecedented growth. But we also have loftier, out-of-this-world ambitions.
