The Crawdiddy Story...
We are a family owned and operated food concession business that specializes in Texas/Louisiana cooking.
We opened Crawdiddy’s to create a unique brand. I have eaten at several Cajun Style restaurants over the years and really enjoyed the flavor of the food. I wanted to incorporate the best of Louisiana flavor and the best of Texas flavor. We add a unique Texas twist to Cajun and New Orleans style dishes.
We chose the mobile concession food model because it allows our team more flexibility to market our product at events without the limitations of a brick and mortar location. It is my dream to have several Crawdiddy concessions located throughout Galveston County in the near future
The Loaded Crawfish Etouffee Stuffed Baked Potato, BBQ Shrimp and Hot and Spicy Boiled Crawfish are our specialty items. Soon, Crawdiddy’s will expand the menu to include authentic New Orleans-style po’ boys and Texas/Louisiana style dishes like seafood gumbo, red beans and rice, crawfish pistolettes, Philly cheesesteaks, and many other menu items.
