Half of our beef is already sold, so if you’ve been thinking about stocking your freezer for the year don’t wait because we don’t have much left!
We have 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef still available.
This is excellent quality, all natural, grass fed and finished highland beef.
If you’ve never tried highland beef, it is a leaner meat which makes it lower in cholesterol and healthier for you! (We think it tastes really good too!)

Price is 7️⃣.5️⃣0️⃣ per lb of hanging weight. Hanging weight is about 250 lbs per half.

The meat should be ready to be picked up from the processor in Killdeer ND in about 2 weeks or we can possibly deliver depending on location.

🐂 Today’s the day! We dropped off 3 steers for processing this morning, and we still have halves for sale! These are highland beef which is leaner than your typical cattle breeds. We only feed them grass and alfalfa all the way to finish. They do not receive any hormones, antibiotics, or other growth supplements so they are all natural and healthier than typical beef. Highland cattle do not store as much fat as other breeds due to their long hair that insulates them from the cold. While having less of a fat cap they still maintain wonderful marbling in the meet making it tender and delicious. If you would like to claim a half or a whole beef please send us a message to be added to the list. Price is 7️⃣.5️⃣0️⃣ per lb of hanging weight which includes processing. Halves are all hanging and between 250-300 each

We will be taking 3 steers in for processing on July 29th and they are all up for sale.

These are grass fed and finished highland, hormone and antibiotic free, happy and healthy beef!

Sold as half or whole only at this time. A half will have a hanging weight of approximately 300lbs and cost $7.50/lb including butchering. Approximately $2250+/- depending on actual weight, for half a beef.

If you reserve your beef before July 29th you will get to decide how it is cut. If it’s after July 29th we will be offering standard cuts.
