There’s something pretty great about seeing an empty prep table turn into a finished product. 👩‍🍳 Cookspace was created to give local food makers room to do exactly that! Prep, bake, package, experiment, grow, and get the work done behind the scenes.

From bakers and caterers to food trucks and growing food businesses, a lot can happen around these tables.

Have something you’ve been wanting to make bigger? We’d love to see what you bring to the kitchen. 🫕
