We’re introducing Christmas Morning Casserole Specials! These will be fully baked, ready-to-reheat casseroles so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time making Christmas memories with your family! ❤️

🩵BIG shoutout to Amanda Weber with Kloset Ju**ie!

She made my AWESOME new business sweatshirt, and I am obsessed!! 😍 She does ALL of our bakery shirts, and we cannot recommend her enough! If you need custom apparel, go give this girl your business! She does amazing work! 👏🏼

And to all of Amanda’s customers who still accidentally show up at her old address… AKA MY HOUSE 🤣🤣

Y’all are totally fine! I see you! 👀😂 Since we bought their house, I guess we inherited a few of her customers too!

But fair warning… next time I send you on your way to the correct address, you’re leaving with MY business card! 🤣🩵 And I fully expect to see you again for a pickup of some protein goodies!

Please help out the sweet shelter animals!

DICKSON COUNTY, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Our food bins are running empty, and we are completely out of Pedigree Adult Dog Food, which is the main food we use to feed the dogs in our care!

We currently have 126 dogs counting on us for full bellies every single day!

To put things into perspective, we go through approximately 2.5 bags of dog food EVERY DAY! That adds up to 17.5 bags a WEEK just to keep all our sweet pups fed!

With so many hungry mouths to feed, keeping our food bins stocked is a never-ending task, and right now, we could really use our community’s help!

If you’re able to donate a bag (or two!), it would mean the world to us and the 143 pups depending on us. No donation is too small, and every single bag makes a difference!

We truly could not do what we do without the kindness, generosity, and continued support of our amazing community. It takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours!

Help us fill their bowls and keep those tails wagging!

💚🤍 HAPPY 129TH FOUNDERS’ DAY, KAPPA DELTA! 🤍💚

Kappa Delta Sorority

Today, I’m stepping away from the baking content to share a little piece of the woman behind Sarah’s Southern Kitchen!

In 2012, I became a proud sister of Kappa Delta Sorority, Beta Kappa Chapter, at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). I was also the first person in my family to join Greek life, and I had no idea how much that decision would shape my future!

During my collegiate years, I held several leadership positions, including Chaplain and Ritual, and represented Kappa Delta through involvement in organizations beyond Greek life.

But the greatest benefits went far beyond the letters! 💚

✨ Confidence: Finding my voice, believing in myself, and stepping outside my comfort zone.

✨ Leadership: Developing responsibility, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to lead others.

✨ Networking: Building meaningful relationships, making connections, and learning how to carry myself in professional settings.

✨ Personal Presentation: Learning how to put myself together, from hair and makeup to dressing professionally, maintaining a polished appearance, and understanding the importance of first impressions.

✨ Personal Growth: Navigating challenges, embracing new experiences, and developing independence.

✨ Sisterhood: Creating friendships, memories, and connections that extend far beyond college.

Those lessons didn’t end at graduation. They’ve followed me into my professional career, entrepreneurship, and now building my own bakery! 🧁

Greek life taught me that confidence isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you carry yourself, communicate, present yourself, and show up in the world.

Fourteen years later, I’m still grateful I took that leap! Kappa Delta didn’t just give me college memories. It helped shape the confident woman, professional, and business owner I am today.
