Mix Tape Grill

Directions

Mix Tape Grill I’m Scott Bumbalough. I traded spreadsheets for spatulas and found my life again. After 30 years of cooking and heart, I’m putting it on wheels.

The Perfect Pig sparked it, the kitchen kept me grounded, and now Mix Tape Grill fuels my craft most days.

🦃🎶 THANKSGIVING TAKE & BAKE! 🎶🦃

The holidays are creeping up, and we’re tossing around an idea!

Don’t forget… Scott was cooking up some pretty amazing Southern food long before Mix Tape Grill!
If you remember him from Carl’s Perfect Pig back in the late ‘90s or Cindy’s just recently.
You know the man can do more than sling burgers! 😂

Homemade sides, prepped and refrigerated, ready for YOU to bake fresh at home!

🎶 THE THANKSGIVING GREATEST HITS 🎶

🧀 Homemade Mac & Cheese

🍗 Southern Cornbread Dressing

🥔 Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

🫛 Southern Green Beans

🍠 Sweet Potato Casserole

🌽 Corn Casserole

You bake it, you serve it, you take the credit! 😉😂

🦃 NOW WE NEED YOUR INPUT!

Would you be interested? Which sides would you order?

Nothing official yet! Just seeing if there’s enough interest to put Scott back to work cooking up some holiday favorites!
