Hi Fruit Customers,
Some sad news in that this will be our last week this year! The peach harvest season is done. All the growers in the Palisade area are scrambling to get fruit for their customers, but they say it’s over. Some are bringing in from other states, but we elected to stay with what our name states “Fresh Colorado Fruit”. You will notice also that green beans and beets are not available either. Major challenges for the growers in the Brighton area. We did manage to get some nice slicing tomatoes and cucumbers along with the Cantaloupe and Watermelon from Rocky Ford. We will be making our final run this year to the same locations. Wednesday 10-3 Hays, Thursday 10-2 Scott City, Friday 10-3 Dighton and Saturday 7- until out of product Garden City. We hope to see you this week as we say goodbye for another year!

Hi Fruit Customers,
We had hoped to have beets, tomatoes and slicing cucumbers this week, growers said NO. So hopefully we’ll have them next week. We have a good supply of Green Beans and Sweet Corn, so take advantage of them. After this week, we will only have 2 more deliveries. I would encourage you to get items as they become available, as we don’t know what might happen with weather, supply, etc. over the next 2 weeks. Plenty of nice peaches until the end of the season!

Peaches will be available starting this week! Prices same as last year!
$52 for 2 layer box or $3.49/pound
Hays, Big Creek Mall Wednesdays- 10-3
Scott City - Ace Hardware Thursdays - 10-2
Dighton - Fruit Building - Fridays 10-3, maybe later
Garden City, Farmers Market - Saturday 7-11am
All we will have is peaches for the first 2 weeks, other items may be in 3rd week. Watch this for updates! Thanks, Randy

Get ready for the Fresh Colorado Fruit Season! It is coming a little earlier than normal due to the warmer temperatures and blossoming early. The harvest is about 2-3 weeks early. We will start off with the Freestone peaches in July and go with the various varieties until done sometime in late August is the plan.
