Last help wanted add I tried to target the female audience because they apparently get paid less for the same work. Well surprise surprise it didn't work. The only female that we've had success in exploiting is my oldest daughter as she works here and I'm not sure it's worth the savings. I will say that she is the best power washer on the crew and equipment interior detailer that we have. It just comes natural to her.
This time we're looking for a male that can p*e outside while standing and can sit in a climate controlled box digging up the ground but also tell everyone how hard his job is AND that he's the greatest to ever do it. That's a true operator.
Do you have a vehicle?
Preferably you'll have a really nice diesel truck that you never pull with but definitely have ridiculous payments and rims on. That way you have to come to work.

The guy that owns 7 houses in a town of 700 people needs his money so he can buy his wife a new 100k plus SUV to get groceries in and look the best in school pickup line. She's counting on you
All these things can be payed for by you???? NO their payed for by the wealthy farmers that pay me that pay you. That's trickle down economics. Then I take what's left and pay for repairs and guess what..... Nobody has any money because it all goes back to the top.
Why work here
Who were looking for probably already has a job. If you're looking for financial success my advice is to marry it. That's what both candidates running for governor did. Working sucks but it's what we peasants do. If you already missed the boat on finding a farmers daughter, female doctor, or elderly lady to take care of you then I'm sorry. We pay fair and pay is based on performance. Working at a place that doesn't have HR, very minimal paperwork, and your boss working with you has its benefits. You won't be working with people that are fighting against each other, trying to get someone in trouble, and all complaints will be handled in a spade fight to the death. Winter and summer hours are very flexible and not every day is the same. Tiling and farming are what we do. We do a lot of our own mechanical work so you'll be involved in that most likely. We currently have 6ish employees. If you have to work for a living you might as well work somewhere that you don't hate. Home every night although sometimes late. We have plenty to do and what we do is rotation of drainage spring and fall with equipment repair during the winter.
Summer
Most excavation jobs kill your summer. This one doesn't. That's what I like most about tiling. June till mid September is very flexible but we also have plenty to do. Farming and odd stuff is what we do during the summer. The intern is the lead guy on farming but he needs more help than we're currently giving him and Bernie can't hall corn forever..... Although he might.
Job description and details
Re**rd maxxing. Google it. It's what we do. It's a lifestyle and Hayes brothers has been doing it for years. If you can show up every day and retardmaxx then we can work with you.
This male human will be responsible for digging tile connections. Job will include other responsibilities during non tiling season but the main thing is that you can dig well and on grade.
Hayes brothers is a drainage company out of D**e IA but a lot of our work is west so if you live from Waterloo to Ackley that would be ideal. North to South Allison to Conrad. You get the idea.
Hours
This is the problem for most people. This job is seasonal and there's nothing I can do about that. It is a full time job but spring and fall are 6 days a week. Late September till early January and April to late May are the seasons when we are really busy. If you have 3 kids with 6 baby mamma's and need to attend your 3rd cousins birthday party once a week this isn't for you. We need reliable and preferably long term help. The rest of the year is extremely flexible. Our plow operator was gone for a month straight this summer.
