The hogs are coming off the hooks. We will be able to start taking game again. As always, we often run out of space when the hunting is good. Please be patient as we will do what we can.
We have now gotten a freezer for storage of QUARTERED animals for those who want to store their harvest. $100 for the first week and $50 a day after that.
Freshly harvested game will be cooled in the cooler before being frozen. All cleanliness standards of meat apply to storage as well as game to be processed.
Space may not always be available as with our processing side, please have a backup plan. CALL AHEAD FOR AVAILABILITY.

JOB OPENING
We are looking for a new crew member to join our exciting team. Duties will include meat wrapping/ packaging, customer service, and more. On the job training will be provided. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Come by the shop with your resume and talk to one of our butchers.
