Happy Farm Fresh First Friday! Today we are making Traeger Pork Chops.
Start by patting your pork chops dry, brushing both sides with olive oil, and seasoning with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt (or Lawry’s Garlic Salt) plus a little pepper. Grill at 375° for 10–15 minutes per side until cooked through and juicy. For even more flavor, we recommend using Traeger Signature Blend Pellets to bring that classic smoky taste to every bite.
