My name is Sam Alexander and I am excited to announce that I am the new owner of Gilchrist Catering!

I was the Chef for Gilchrist Catering for four years, before taking over the business in September.

I would like to thank Bill Gilchrist for 25+ years of hard work and sacrifice, making Gilchrist Catering a success. I will continue to provide the same great service that our customers come to expect.

Cooking Class at Gilchrist Catering! We executed an intimate Birthday Party/Cooking Class for a young aspiring Chef and his family. On the menu; Escargot, French Onion Soup, Boeuf Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes, and Berry Souffle. They all did a great job and it was just a whole lot of fun to be part of their special day! 👨‍🍳
