Hello Mushroom peeps. Just wanted to give yall an update. Unlike last year which I stalled a bit, this year I'm ramping up production. I'm replacing some of my strains with similar but prettier and better producers. I'm also adding a few new ones and lions mane is at the top of the list to master. Along the lines of ramping production I recently picked up a huge lab quality autoclave that I am rebuilding and a ribbon mixer to make much larger batches. I'm also going to build a lean to on to my barn for more space and building a lift to turn my loft into a giant incubator. Its going to be a big year. Thanks to all who have followed me here, and bought mushrooms and for your patience. I couldn't do it without yall. Its been right for me to let this thing develop on its own time. But its go time now.

Hey everyone. After a few setbacks earlier this year, I now have mushrooms again and hope to squeeze a few more weeks in the season before it gets crazy cold. I have no markets right now so please come to the farm and get some of these gorgeous mushrooms. Slow cold growth mean the absolute best quality and longest shelf life. Also I'm using new methods growing on straw. I think they taste great! I eat then raw off the block lol.

To all my wonderful customers and followers, I must apologize to you for not having mushrooms to offer early this season. I'm juggling various endeavors and personal issues and just keep slipping further behind. I'm also trying some different methods and angles on this industry that I hope, pun intended, bear fruit in the future. Stick with me. I won't be going to Farmers markets for another month still, but I haven't given up. I'll be back and better soon. Cheers and thank you as always for your support. Oh My! Customers, I will be in Yogaville on Friday November 8, 3-5pm at 71 The Way. I will have Blue Oyster, King Trumpet Oyster, Black King Oyster, Italian Oyster, Pioppino. Also come stock up on dried mushrooms and powder for winter. Hope yall can make it. This will likely be the last of the season...but I said that last time lol. It's really beautiful product. I love how they grow when it's cooler.

Oh My! Customers I may have decided to slow down but some of these mushrooms have decided otherwise. I'm not making new stuff but kings and black pearl and blue oysters are loving the cooler weather. I still have some sh*take too. I'm open to visits at our place in Dillwyn and I'm willing to deliver to places like yogaville if we can scrape up a few orders. Maybe I'll come up this week...interest? Truth is it's more than we can eat and i can't stand the thought of good healthy beautiful food going to waste. Call me. Old school. 4358991530. Come get em!

My season is winding down. I'm done with markets for the year and starting my side job soon, but may have some mushrooms through November if you want to come by here or if I can set up a delivery on my random weekly travels.
