Yesterday, some FFA students that our Meat Science group has been helping presented some AgriScience Fair research about ground beef. they looked at how different blends of ground beef changed when cooked. One young lady looked at color changes and another team looked at dimensions (thickness and diameter). Hopefully I can convince them to share some of their work in a post in the future.

We had some pretty snow and the cows loved it! Know you “went and got old”when the closest thing to “playing in the snow” is feeding hay and “capturing” your pastured raised chickens because they got out in the snow but refuse to go back through it for bed! Chickens HATE snow!⛄️
