Hard to believe it’s been 10 years since I wrote this!
Merry Christmas everyone!

Twas the night before Christmas and all thru the farm
not a creature was stirring, they were all in the barn

The chickens were roosting, the Jerseys at rest
with a few freindly sheep and two goats named Jen & Jess

The cats were all nestled all snug in their beds
while visions of tuna danced in their heads

Down the pasture the Guineas were perched and on guard
protecting turkeys, quail and geese in the yard

The pigs were snoring, buried under the hay
dreaming of treats Grandpa would bring Christmas day

The bees softly humming, the ducks not a quack
while peacocks slept with heads tucked in their backs

With all chores finished, the Robertson's slipped out of sight
and say
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
