Wow, tomorrow just looks better and better! We really hope you'll take the time to come out and see us - check out the vendor list below, it looks amazing! Great music, food, market vendors, beer - sounds like a pretty great Saturday afternoon to me, and I'm definitely looking forward to it. :)

Reminder: tomorrow is the LAST market of the season for us, so come out and stock up! Our hickory syrup is a great addition to your Mother's Day brunches and desserts! Think it's too early to think about Father's Day and beyond? It's not - our bottles keep for a long time. Haven't tried hickory syrup? Stop by our booth tomorrow and try a sample!

Happy Friday, all! Looking for the perfect, unique way to level up breakfast in bed for Mom next weekend? Yes, it is almost Mother's Day, and we will be at Point Labaddie Farmers Market TOMORROW, May 3, from 2-5 with our signature shagbark hickory syrup! Give Mom something to look forward to in the morning with her pancakes, waffles, and French toast! Treat her to a good quality vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon and our syrup drizzled over the top. Or hey, maybe Mom just wants to unwind with a hearty Old Fashioned on a rainy day - our syrup is a great match. 🥞🧇🍦🥃😋

Happy Wednesday, everyone! We are back in town for a few weeks and I've been cooking up some of our shagbark hickory syrup! If you've been missing us, we will be at the Point Labaddie Farmers Market THIS Saturday, April 12, from 2-5 pm! More details below!

Hickory syrup is so versatile - it's great on pancakes, waffles, and ice cream; as a glaze for grilled meats; and it's even made it into a few drinks over the years. It's the perfect addition to your Easter table.

Hi, everyone! It may be raining now but tomorrow looks like a gorgeous day, and yes we WILL be at the Point Labaddie Farmers Market tomorrow, 4/27, from 2-5pm!

PLEASE NOTE: This COULD be the last time we make it to market for an entire year, because we have some adventures planned that will keep us from bottling. So if you would like to stock up, come see us tomorrow! Our syrup is shelf stable for months and months and makes a terrific gift for Mother's Day, Father's Day, and beyond.

Never tried our syrup? We will have plenty of samples available. As you can see below, Drake actually prefers hickory syrup over maple syrup with breakfast. 😂

Hi, everyone!

First things first - thank you SO MUCH to everyone who came out to the Point Labaddie Farmers Market last Saturday. You all made our whole day! We'll be back with more syrup on April 27 - so be sure and stay tuned right here for more information.

Also! Some of you have wondered where our beautiful heritage breed ducks have gone. I'm thrilled to let you know that my good friend Christina Reilmann has adopted every single one, and is nurturing them through a very prolific laying season! So - are you fresh out of rich, delicious duck eggs? Contact Christina directly, OR visit her at every farmers market held at Crooked Creek Beef! In fact, they have a market coming up TOMORROW from noon to 5. As you wait for our next gig, go fill up your freezer and fridge with quality products from my friends.

Good afternoon, everyone! Two little announcements:

First, we have made the decision to move away from the egg business for now. We appreciate every single one of our customers SO MUCH - and you're in luck, because our beautiful heritage breed ducks have simply moved down the road a piece - I'll post more on that later so you know where to find them!

Second, yes we WILL be joining the Point Labaddie Farmers Market THIS SATURDAY, 4/13, from 2-5 pm at Point Labaddie Brewery, 1029 Thiebes Rd., for the first of the 2024 Spring Artisan Farmers Market series! You all were amazing last season and we sold completely out of our shagbark hickory syrup - thank you so, so much. We've got more now, so come and get another bottle - and if you've never had hickory syrup before, come out and try a sample! It's a really great alternative to maple syrup - in fact, some of us prefer it!
