Donā€™t forget to walk your courses! Maps are posted online, and courses can be walked until dark. Packets are available for pickup until 5pm today.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to help flag today! We couldnā€™t get everything ready without all of our amazing volunteers. ā¤ļø

Course setup flagging is 12ā€“2pm today! This is a great time to come walk your course!

A few reminders for today:
ā€¢ Stadium and cross country are closed today.
ā€¢ Make sure to walk your course before the show!

For tomorrow:

ā€¢ Jump judge meeting starts at 9am.

ā€¢ Meeting location: the area with the two garage doors on the right side of the barn as you head down the driveway towards the indoor.

Still looking for a few more volunteers for jump judging and set up!

August 30th: 9am jump judge meeting for Cross Country. Come watch people have fun out in the field. No experience required and lunch is provided! Just bring a chair. We need about 6-7 more volunteers.

August 27th: 4pm stadium set-up. Join us for setting jumps and have the advantage of learning the course prior to Sunday!

August 29th: 12-2pm flagging the Cross Country!

August 30th Horse Trials HEC is officially on!

A quick reminder for future eventsā€”please try to get your entries in early. Over 50% of our entries came in right before closing, and we were very close to cancelling. Having entries in by closing helps us plan and get everything set up!

Now we need volunteers! Weā€™re looking for help with stadium and jump judging Sunday, August 30th.

Weā€™ll also be setting up Thursday, Aug. 27th after 12 PM and flagging Saturday, Aug. 29th from 12ā€“2 PM.

If you can lend a hand, please reach out!
