BRING. YOUR. OWN. VINYL.

If you’ve seen the label on the Soundtrack Cabernet Sauvignon you’ll understand how this event started. A simple vinyl record turntable on the label. It’s not just about the vinyl but also about a groovy, unexpected generational cross-pollination of music. All vinyls welcome.

Plan on singing to some familiar and unfamiliar tunes as we all contribute to the playlist.

Plan on drinking some Soundtrack Cabernet Sauvignon to support the crew who’s making this happen. There’s a good chance the w**emaker will be hanging with us that night;)

Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese craft where you create pictures by tucking fabric into a grooved base. It is pure fabric play without any sewing. The result looks like you took hours to painstakingly hand quilt a masterpiece.

The theme is …. Halloween! Perfect timing!

Artsy Fartsy Kinusaiga is Sunday, October 18th from 5pm-7pm.

There will be all sorts of Dolly glam downtown, and if you’re dressed in your Dolly best, join us for the Dolly Strut through Downtown Dixon at 7:30PM, starting at the Library!

DOLLY DAY IS ALMOST HERE!

This Friday, September 25, Downtown Dixon is celebrating all things Dolly—and you won’t want to miss it!

Come eat, drink, shop, and get your Dolly on. Participating businesses will offer Dolly-inspired specials throughout the evening, so gather your friends and make a night of it.

BOOK DONATIONS

Help us spread a little Dolly-style kindness! Bring a new or like-new children’s book to donate to Friends of the Dixon Library. Donation boxes will be available at all participating businesses.

DOLLY FLASHMOB — 7:30 PM

All Dollied up? Meet in front of the library and join us for a Dolly strut through downtown to Pardi Plaza. Boots, big hair, rhinestones, and Dolly vibes are encouraged!
